Chef Senol said

Chef Massimo Bottura

Massimo was born and raised in Modena in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy. He developed an interest in cooking from a young age after watching his mother, grandmother and aunt in the kitchen preparing family meals

Chef Philippe Massoud


Mr. Massoud’s experience goes beyond the kitchen. Decades ago he studied at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, and he received a degree in food, hotel and travel management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Chef Zac Young

 He trained in France with renowned chefs such as Philippe Givre at Valrhona and Philippe Parc at Chocolate Michel Cluizel.
